The last night of my stay I waited 45 minutes in the dining area for my food. They said that they were busy. And the waitress talked with her friends for about 20 minutes after she directed me to sit down, before she came to take my order.

It was okay, could be better

The Breakfast was incredibly delicious The Technology to ensure safety is amazing.

The toilet was way too close to our bed and and it had a space on the top of the doors which meant me and my partner had very little privacy to use the toilet . We went out to eat at night at the restaurant and the Burger I ordered tasted HORRIBLE, I could've sworn the patty had gone off. There is no music Channels on the TV You can barely open the windows

There was no mini-bar in my room as advertised. Called in on the first night and was told it would be brought up but when I returned the next afternoon the rom was cleaned but still no mini bar.

I loved loved loved loved the hotel restaurant especially the breakfast Buffett and the menu . It was top notch.

The toilet smelled like sewage it was so bad . And the shower was not clean at all . Very disapointed .

Excellent

I enjoyed the shower Bed was comfortable. Their breakfast was tasty, especially the omelette. Pool, facilities at the hotel exceeded my expectations. If the hotel could improve ikon their check in process but either than that everything was excellent.

Unpleasant.

General security was good. Lift, floors and rooms can only be accessed with a valid key. Breakfast was good

Ordering of dinner was not explained properly and when I ordered, it took over an hour for dinner to be ready - I ordered a simple baby chicken meal. I had to call twice to follow up on the dinner and when I went down to collect it, I wasn't told that I had to pay for it immediately. Only for someone to come knocking and woke me up at midnight asking for payment accompanied by security. That was NOT necessary. Room extras are normally charged to room and settled at check out in most of the establishments I have used.

Food was prepared very well and was very tasty ,staff were well trained and hospitable .

Cleanliness and house keeping was below standards , bar facilities very poor lacked variety ,food was prepared very well but should consider more vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast . The structure of the room was not comfortable with bathroom built awkward which did not create much privacy .No continental pillows difficult to watch television .

Our stay was pleasant.

I liked the fact that there was breakfast packaged for my family when we had to leave early for our flight. Furthermore, I liked the fact that a cot was provided for my little one.

I didn't like the fact that I found 2 cockroaches in our room.

The finance department need to up their game. August long weekend i made the payment and the hotel still deduct my funds and wait for my complain. Weekend 04-06 October 2019. The hotel did not pick up my payment yet they were the one responsible for sending me the link for payments and had to be asked questions on check out about payments that moment i booked 7 bedrooms

The room was basic, but clean with all the essentials.

The room was basic, but clean with all the essentials. The breakfast was stella. Security was a priority and I felt safe at the property. I was able to hire an international plug during my stay.

The waiting on evening meals was really, really long and on one occasion I could tell that my meal had been sitting way too long in the kitchen under lights. There wasn't really an understanding of starters are served before mains.
